Terms

You pay to stand above everyone else on a public list. There is nothing else to buy, and nothing comes back.

1. Who you are contracting with

This is an independent project run by one person. For anything at all — questions, complaints, takedowns, disputes — write to c00y@proton.me. A human answers.
Payments are processed and invoiced by Stripe and its Link service, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your card statement will show a charge from LINK.COM* STAYRICH.LOL, and your invoice is issued by Link.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything here.

A position on a public leaderboard, and the profile attached to it. Nothing else.
Your position is your total lifetime spend, ranked highest first. Whole US dollars only, minimum $5, maximum $999,999 in total.
This is entertainment. There is no investment, no return, no yield, no prize, no draw, no revenue share and no chance of winning anything. Money moves one way.
You are buying an amount, not a guaranteed rank. Other people can pay while you are checking out, and the position your money reaches may differ from the one you aimed at.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
This is a digital service that is performed immediately: the moment your payment is confirmed, your position and profile go live on a public board.
By completing the purchase you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. This is why purchases are final.
Nothing here limits your rights if the service is faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered.

Purchases are final. Being passed by someone else, dropping out of a tier, or changing your mind does not produce a refund or a credit.
Being overtaken is the product working as described, not a defect.
We may refund at our discretion where something genuinely went wrong on our side, such as a duplicate charge.

Your email identifies you and is never shown publicly. Use the same email to top up and keep the same profile.
Anything you declare about yourself, including net worth, is self-reported, labelled unverified, and checked by nobody.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not impersonate anyone, do not upload sexual content, hate, harassment, spam, malware or anything illegal, and do not link to any of it.
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant us the licence needed to display it on the site and in the share images generated from your profile.

We can hide or remove a profile that breaks these terms, with or without a report, and without notice where the content is serious.
A hidden profile keeps its rank and its total. You paid, and that stays paid. What it loses is the visible content: name, picture, bio and links.
We do not refund a hidden or removed profile. Breaking the rules is not a way to get your money back.

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that it will exist forever.
We may change the mechanics, the tiers or the pricing. Changes apply going forward and never reduce a total you have already paid.
If we shut the site down, positions and totals simply cease to be displayed. No refund is owed for a purchase already performed.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
As a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country.
